These Terms govern your use of Modessa Workforce360 ("Service") provided by Modessa Virtual Solutions ("Modessa"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to upload any candidate or employee data you submit.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or any individual's rights, including employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• AI outputs (scores, summaries, recommendations) are decision-support tools — a qualified human must make the final hiring decision.

Subscription & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription term you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Modessa a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Modessa is not liable for hiring outcomes or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
