• What does the AI score next to a candidate mean?

  It is Renee's resume-vs-job-description match score (0–100). It ranks how well a resume aligns with the role on file. Iris generates a separate interview score after the candidate completes the AI interview.

• How do I remove a candidate who failed the interview?

  From the Iris interviews list, choose Reject & archive. The candidate is removed from the active pipeline immediately and permanently archived 7 days later.

• How do I export my data?

  Email team@modessavirtualsolutions.com from your account address and we'll send a secure export.

• Who is Renee and what does she do?

  Renee is our AI recruiter. She reads résumés, scores candidates against job descriptions, and helps you build a shortlist before anyone is interviewed.

• How do I schedule an AI interview with Iris?

  Once Renee flags a candidate as a strong match, open the candidate card in Harris and choose Send to Iris. Iris will email the candidate a secure link to complete the interview.

• Can I edit a job description after it is posted?

  Yes. Go to Renee's job board, open the role, and select Edit. Changes take effect immediately for new applicants; existing applicants keep their original scores.

• What happens when a candidate signs their offer?

  Harris updates the candidate status to Offer Accepted, notifies HR and IT, and automatically enrolls the new hire in Lena's onboarding queue.

• How does Lena track training progress?

  Lena shows each learner's course status (Not started, In progress, Completed) and lets managers verify uploaded certificates. Progress bars update in real time as modules are finished.

• Is my data secure?

  Yes. We use end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and regular backups. All files are stored in a SOC-2 compliant cloud environment.

• How do I invite teammates to my account?

  From the dashboard, open Team Settings and enter your colleague's email. They will receive an invite link with instructions to set up their profile.
